There are certain Refund Policy norms:

Returns

If you receive any damaged or non-working product, there is a misplacement in your order or if there are some missing parts in the kit then only you are eligible to opt for a replacement or return.

The Batteries cannot be replaced.

If there are any damaged parts or missing parts in the ordered kit or product you need to notify us within minimum of 7 days of receiving the product.

For the items to be returned the products should be unused and should be in the same condition as it was delivered with the original packing.

The sale item cannot be returned/refunded only the regular purchased items can be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We aren’t liable for replacing mishandled product.

You need to send the picture of damaged part or product and the management will take a call whether to replace it or not.

We are not responsible for proper installation of our product.

We are not liable for any of the damages incurred during the shipping.

At all times, it shall be decision of The Management of Mechatron Robotics to replace any product/part.
