Shipments:

If you receive any damaged or non-working product, there is a misplacement in your order or if there are some missing parts in the kit then only you are eligible to opt for a replacement or return.


The Batteries cannot be replaced.

The products will be delivered using DTDC, Trackon or any other reliable shippers for the domestic shipping.


The products will be shipped by DHL, FedEx or any other reliable shipper for the international shipping.


Delivery and Non-Delivery of the product:

The products will be delivered within 10 working days of receiving the order.


If the delivery address is not within territory of The Republic of India the delivery time may vary.


Mechatron Robotics is not liable for any delay in delivery caused due to custom processing, weather conditions or any other reasons due to the postal company.


We recommend you to please verify your shipping address before placing and confirming an order. Incorrect address would lead to delay in the delivery time it may also lead to the cancellation of the order. Please ensure you fill in the details correctly.


If you provide a certain Post Office Box number which our shipping partners might not be able to deliver, Mechatron Robotics would not ne held responsible for the same.

The shipping rates may vary depending on different areas and locations.
